In 2021 we started a pilot project on coral reef restoration in Diani Beach. The project managers Peter and Guido and all volunteers helping out that year have been trained in Shimoni, where REEFolution Kenya is based. Bouke (NL) did our PADI Coral Reef Restoration course there and is now one of our regular volunteers. Whenever he's coming over from Nairobi, he's always happy to plunge into the ocean and give us a hand when needed. Thanks Bouke for supporting our project!
